The Senior Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator: is responsible for final Quality Assurance review of LiveOnNY Organ and Tissue donor records to maintain regulatory compliance for accreditation, certification, and federal/state/local and other donation/transplantation requirements; aligns individual goals with departmental and organizational strategic goals/Key Performance Indicators for the purpose of improving organ/tissue donation rates throughout LiveOnNY’s Donor Service Area.
This is an in-office role. Must be able to work rotating holiday and/or weekends as needed.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Required:
2 years QA experience in Organ/Tissue donation/transplantation.
2 years employment with LiveOnNY or another OPO
RN/PA licensure OR CTBS, CPTC, CPHQ, or ASQ-certified. 5+ years QA experience in Organ/Tissue donation/transplantation can be substituted for licensure or certification.
