The Lead Information Technology Engineer designs, develops, implements and maintains LiveOnNY’s information technology components, including Information Technology (IT) Systems, Infrastructure, Network, Security and Operations to achieve business objectives. The Lead Information Technology Engineer is responsible for ensuring responsive, secure and scalable systems, overseeing IT projects and ensuring that IT delivery aligns with business goals. In this role, you will report directly to and work closely with the Chief Architect and the Vice President, Chief Administrative and Technology Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree a plus. 10+ years of progressive relevant engineering experience. Deep knowledge of relevant technology stack, e.g., help desk related activities, networks, Azure Cloud, Sharepoint/OneDrive, IMAC platform, ITSM platforms, EMR platforms, SaaS and CCaaS principles. Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a technical team.
Preferred: Advanced knowledge of networking, ITSM platforms, SaaS and CaaS principles. Knowledge of MDM Platforms. Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications, are highly valued.

Salary Range: $129,000-$162,000 annually
