Provides administrative assistance and secretarial support for the Chief Medical Officer and Recovery departments in all aspects of clerical functions. Schedules appointments, gives information to callers and otherwise relieves Managers of clerical work, administrative and business detail. Provides support to departmental staff.
Serves as liaison between the transplant centers for Medical Advisory Board (MAB), transplant center quality meetings, and LiveOnNY administration to facilitate communication between MAB, its sub-committees and the organization. Assignments may include project management, development and implementation of conferences and special projects of the Medical Board and its committees. Coordinates and supervises all internal and external research projects. Supports and fosters the mission of the organization and its commitment to organ and tissue donation.
